1. RULES FOR EVENTS
ONSTAGE EVENTS
1. CHOREO:
Theme: FREESTYLE
Rules:
Maximum time limit: 7 minutes (Including time taken for stage set up).
Max. 10 members per team.
Only one team per club.
Max. 10 teams can participate (First come First serve Basis).
The order of performances will be based on “First come First serve”.
Vulgarities or obscenities in costume, steps, lyrics or performance will lead to
disqualification.
The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.
Registrations will be closed on 7th September 2012, 6.00 p.m.
Audio CDs should be submitted on or before 7th September 2012, 6.00 p.m.
2. VARIETY:
Theme: FREESTYLE
Rules:
Maximum time limit: 8 minutes (Including time taken for stage set up).
Max. 10 teams can participate (First come First serve Basis).
Only one team per club.
The order of performance is based on “First come First serve”.
Vulgarities or obscenities of any sort will lead to disqualification.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Registrations will be closed on 9th September 2012, 8.30 a.m.
Audio CD’s should be submitted on or before 9th September 2012, 8.30 a.m.

2. 3. DANCE OFF:
Rules:
Max. 36 members can participate (First come First serve Basis).
Registrations will be closed one hour before the event.
Max. 4 members per Club.
The order of performance will be based on “First come First serve”.
Vulgarities or obscenities of any sort will lead to disqualification.
The decision of the judges will be final and irrevocable.
Details about the various rounds will be told on the day of the event.
4. MR. & MS. PHOENIX
Theme: FREESTYLE
Rules:
On the spot registration.
Rules will be announced before the event starts.
OFFSTAGE EVENTS
1. FACE PAINTING:
Theme : “VISION FOR ONENESS”
Rules:
Maximum time limit: 1 hour and extra 10 minutes for arrangement of materials.
Only two members per team.
Any number of teams can participate from one club.
On the spot registration.
Necessary materials should be brought by the participants.
Personal offense of any sort like hurting others’ feelings is strictly prohibited.
Judgement will be based on the creativity and relevance to the theme.
The decision of the judges will be final and irrevocable.

3. 2. MEHENDI:
Theme: FREESTYLE
Rules:
Maximum time limit: 1 hour and extra 10 minutes for arrangement of materials.
Only two members per team
Any number of teams can participate from one club.
On spot registration.
The design should extend upto the elbow on one hand.
The decision of the judges will be binding and irrevocable.
The prizes will be awarded based on innovation and clarity of the design.
3. PAPER DRESSING:
Theme: FREESTYLE
Rules:
Maximum time limit: 1 hour and extra 10minutes to perform.
Only one team per club.
A maximum of 3 members in a team.
On the spot registration.
Materials will be provided on the day of the event.
The decision of the judges will be final and irrevocable
