Whatever
that
is

of
the
canals,
stone
bridges,
pagodas
and
gardens
s(ll
feeds
the
imagina(on
of
many.
Are
the
taHered
walls
visual
records
of
days
long
gone?
Or
perhaps
these
walls
have
no
stories
to
tell,
as
they
are
only
façades
that
mask
our
own
indulgence
in
nostalgia.
