3. Convention - the side of the text varies based on the
feature of text or articles cover line . For my
magazinr,The model that will be on the main image will
have poker-face , which represents the dedication of
not showing that they are affected by the situation ,
showing cold ,uncaring of anything ,which suits the
stereotype of metal energy. The energy of
rebelliousness and uncaring .

4. General layout
General layout- the layout of magazine
can identify it's genre , layout presents
the arrangements of content and placement
of pictures . General layout focus on the
masthead ,subtitle and content .For my magazine , I
will put masthead on the top of the image with bigger
fonts than other text and image in center of magazine
, the selling line will be placed above or
below masthead with smaller font than masthead .

5. masthead
Masthead- masthead is usually placed in the top of the
magazine . In the genre of music magazine , masthead is
usually the logo or the name of the magazine ( example
:ROLLING STONE ,ACDC) .Usually metal masthead is
bold and dark , masthead is important since it always
catches the most attention, therefore the font needs to be
clear and legible . Masthead of most metal magazine
are written with font that are difficult to read ,but they look
alternative and spectacular ,furthermore ,for my magazine
,I will use unusual font but the key is legibility .For general
metal magazine, they are in large size and usually in
colors :black, white or red .I will use "black thorn ''font
for my masthead, subtitle and selling line will be written in
with "knife metal" font. Features will be written with
"corogh corge", the select of magazine is based on the
questionnaire that is conducted in primary research.

Background - background image are usually basic and not eye-catching. However
,front cover is generally a median close up shot of the model or a person that is related to
the content of the magazine .Usually the color of background picture fits with the color of
masthead . For my magazine I will use relatively dark background ,such as dark black or
grey. In the font cover , There will be female model who is dressed as metal / punk style
,in-order to present the alternative culture ,with the back-groud of either forest or abondond
railway.
