Yt Zhao is an outstanding software engineer who continuously exceeds the expectations set for his
position. Yu willingly accepts challenging assignments and offers to contribute where ever he can. Yu has
demonstrated excellent programming and anall.tical skills which are very essential to address constantly
evolving business requirements. The best thing I noticed in him is his insatiable zealto learn the latest
technical skills, technology stacks and tools, and offer better solutions.
A challenge we faced recently highlighting Yu's active contributions was related to integrations with a
third party Content Management Solution (CMS). From an integration perspective, the current team were
not experts in that particular CMS Solution. At the same time, there were some interface limitations with
the existing implementation in our Platform that posed some challenges for finding a solution. Mr. Zhao
took on this challenge and came with a proposed solution that extended our current implementation and
fit along the path of our Roadmap for the DEX Platform. Once approved, he took his solution all the way
to completion and delivered as proposed and expected.
Yu.Zhao has a clear understanding of the software engineering principles and his ability to apply them to
solve problems reflects his excellent anattical skills. His desire to share his knowledge with his peers,
clarity in communicating ideas, and the ability to systematically deal with problems at hand make him
suitable for teamwork.
