Yoshimi is Multi Disciplinary Environmental Scientist by training with a holistic approach in mind, has been active in the field since 1999. Yoshimi has both broad and specialized experiences and skills in the field covering complex, multi-disciplinary aspects of natural & physical environment (ie Water, Soil, Air Pollution, Chemicals). YOSHIMI now focuses on Environmental Nutrition Science that concerns about how the environment in which we are placed affect our Nutrition behavior (Quality of veggie, eating habit, self awareness, lifestyle).
