Accomplishments
-Volunteered as Assistant Cheerleading Coach for Hawley Middle School students for the 2015 Football Season.
-Volunteered to help run a cheerleading camp at Falls Lake Academy with a former coach.
-Promoted from entry level to Assistant Manager in 4-6 months while at my very first job. Consistently received positive
feedback from higher-level managers my entire time with the company.
-Provided childcare for 2 special needs children (July 2014-July 2015), including those with learning disabilities, mental
challenges and physical impairments.

Took necessary steps to meet customer needs and effectively resolve food or service issues.

Sonic Drive In Assistant Manager September 2010-October 2015

scheduling issues and issues amongst team members.
Represented the restaurant in a profession manner at all times, and ensured satisfaction of customers.
Managed and guided team members in fair and practical way. Held team meetings to address any issues within store,
and proposed ways to fix the issues.

Also ensured the restaurant was upheld to NC State Law regulations in regards to cleanliness and food preparation and
hold times.
Taverna Agora Lead Weekend Host October 2015-March 2016
Worked independently and as part of a team to achieve proper seating arrangement for guests as well as convenience for
servers.
Ensure that all serves are seated equally and fairly, and that all guests are seated in a timely manner.
Presents issues or concerns to management in order to improve conditions for employees and well as guests in the
restaurant.
Childcare Provider March 2014-Current
Modeled appropriate social behaviors and encouraged concern for others. Supervised children while parents were on
vacation, business trips and weekend getaways.
Affectionately cared for 1-4 children, ages newborn to 10 over the course of 4.5 years.
Cleaned the house, including laundry, sweeping and mopping.
Physically and verbally interacted with children throughout the day.
Offered detailed daily reports that outlined each child’s day.
Maintained a child-friendly environment with engaging activities and continuous access to the outdoors.
High School Cheerleading Coach July 2016-Current
Lead and teach a team of 21 teenage girls. Use my prior experience in cheerleading to teach them cheers,stunts, and also
supervise the girls to ensure nothing inappropriate is going on and that respect is always in place. Apply my life
experiences as lessons to instill in the girls to ensure they become mature, responsible, morally driven young adults. Teach
the girls the importance of honesty, morals, and giving back to others and their community. Responsible for some cash
handling and ordering of gear.
