 Develop good eating habits
 Sleep better
 Manage your emotions
 Be in a better mood
 Think creatively
 1.DISCOURAGE PROCRASTINATION
:-
 By using effective stress management
techniques you will be able to solve the
problem of procrastinating things. You
will be having faith in yourself and you
will be able to realize that if you have
achieve success before, you can achieve
it again. By using the "five minute plan"
which is suggested by William J. Karnus
(author of "Do it Now), you will be able to
discourage procrastination. The hardest
part of any job is getting started, so the
five minutes plan takes the sting out of
that painful first step and thus help you
overcoming the problem of
procrastination.
 2. GET RELAXED
 The regular use of relaxation techniques
according to the studies at "Mind Medical
Institute of Havard Medical School", help
to reduce stress and prevalence of stress
- related illness. So when you get rid of
several diseases and give you a relief
from wasted effort or strain. It also helps
you to take breathe long and deeply.
 3. MUSCLE TENSION
While relaxing yourself you use both
visual imagery and body awareness
techniques. So when you do physical
and mental exercises, do yoga, listen to
music, inhale and exhale by using
count-to-three method you will be able
to get rid of muscle tension. A big
advantage of count - to - three method
is that it can be done everywhere even
in an exam room. Exercise, besides all
other benefits helps reducing stress and
recharge your physical and mental
batteries and releases your muscle
tension.
 4. CONGRATULATE YOURSELVES
 By spending some time in meditation and doing to yourself a positive talk, you
are will be able to avoid negative thoughts and will be able to get advantage
of congratulating yourself. Whenever you feel your self-esteem slipping, you
can remember yourself of your accomplishments like when u did a job you
were proud of, when you overcome an obstacle in spite of odds and stuff like
that. It will give you an advantage of stay motivated and helps you to achieve
success again.
 SO ENJOY YOUR LIFE
AS IT COMES…..AND
