DHL Express leveraged Kofax technology and Yakidoo services to automate waybill processing, payment processing, and accounts payable invoice processing. This resulted in substantial cost savings and returns on investment of less than 3 months for waybill processing in Phase I. Phase II increased the OCR success rate to over 99% through document design improvements and enhanced validation. Phases III and IV similarly automated payment processing and invoice processing, reducing processing times and costs by over 85% and 90% respectively.
