Incident Management is a complex set of legal, operational
and technical agreements between the stakeholders,
An Incident Management Decision Support System (IM-DSS)
should be a basic requirement to make (post-) handling
incidents an efficient and effective process,




taking in account the specific rules and data.
The system should be able to seamless integrate the available
data-sources,
The system should be able to inform all involved people in a
location and device independent way,

Reaching pre-defined attribute trigger levels (nr. of casualties),
Use of specific (human) resources or scenario’s
Manual post-audit request,

Questionnaire can be send to whatever [groups of ] users
Results can automatically be send to a research department
or added to the original incident data (enrichment)
