3. INTRODUCTION
Artificial Intelligence refers to the simulation of human intelligence in the machines
that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions.
AI is based on the principle that human intelligence can be defined in a way that a
machine can easily mimic it and execute tasks from the simplest to those that are
even more complex.
What is Artificial Intelligence?
4. HISTORY OF AI
• In Early 1960, researchers claims that Artificial Intelligence is equivalent to
human brain and develop language for AI programming.
• After 1990 to till date, the modern computers design which use AI with
natural language processing, computer vision, robotics, machine learning,
deep learning and more is going on.
5. CURRENT STATUS
• AI was invented several years ago. In the past, many people associated AI
with robots. But it plays a crucial role in our lives now.
• Personal gadgets media streaming gadgets, smart cars, and home
appliances use AI.
• Google has been a major play on AI transcendence and Deep learning.
6. HOW DOES AI WORK?
• As the hype around AI has accelerated, vendors have been scrambling to promote how
their products and services use AI. Often what they refer to as AI is simply one component
of AI, such as machine learning. AI requires a foundation of specialized hardware and
software for writing and training machine learning algorithms. No one programming
language is synonymous with AI, but a few, including Python, R and Java, are popular.
• In general, AI systems work by ingesting large amounts of labeled training data, analyzing
the data for correlations and patterns, and using these patterns to make predictions about
future states. In this way, a chatbot that is fed examples of text chats can learn to produce
lifelike exchanges with people, or an image recognition tool can learn to identify and
describe objects in images by reviewing millions of examples.
7. ADVANTAGES
• Good at detail-oriented jobs
• Reduced time for data-heavy tasks
• Delivers consistent results
• AI-powered virtual agents are always available.
8. DISADVANTAGES
• Expensive
• Requires deep technical expertise
• Limited supply of qualified workers to build AI tools
• Only knows what it's been shown
• Lack of ability to generalize from one task to another.
9. CONCLUSION
• Artificial Intelligence and technology are one side of the life that always interest
and surprise us with the new ideas, topics, innovations, products, etc.
• AI has slowly but surely entered every area of our lives, from online shopping to TV
viewing to everything.
• AI in other words, is the study of man-made computational devices and systems.
• “AI is going to change the world more than anything in the history of mankind.”
