- Planning and coordination of surveys- 1 assessment for Ng’oswet Area Development
Program, 4 evaluations (Kolowa ADP in 2014; Bartabwa ADP in 2014; Isiolo Oldonyiro
ADP in 2013 and NRCPtE project in 2015), 4 baseline surveys for Mweiga ADP in

- Developmentof M&Esystems,log frames and detailed implementationplans-For
the last four years: I have played pivotal role in establishment, review & design of
monitoring templates used in routine monitoring of indicators by field offices. I have
facilitatedwalking through the critical path with communities and developed logframes
for projects/programs- Lokis ADP, Bartabwa ADP,Ng’oswet ADP and DIOP project. For
developed M&E systems, I have associated them to the most feasible data collection
methodologies.Inthe year 2016, I wasa task forcememberin the designof a monitoring
and evaluation framework for food for the hungry which was a great milestone in the
organization.
- Program management information system – In the year 2015, I was a member of

have played significant role in data analysis and interpretation for several surveys while
working in Food for the Hungry & World Vision Kenya.
- Quality Assurance & Statistical Quality control- I have been at the fore front in
querying of databases, flagging of outliers, data validation, analysis and interpretation
of survey findings. This has been a continuous endeavor throughout several project
cycles. E.g. evaluations (Isiolo-Oldonyiro in 2013, Bartabwa ADP in April 2014),
Assessments (Ng’oswet ADP) and baselines (Mweiga ADP 2012 ,Tunyo ADP AMIC pilot
survey 2014, Soin AMIC survey 2014,SMART survey-2014&2015, USAID-OFDA baseline
2016 and CFCT baseline 2016) etc.
- Monitoring intiatives-using Lot Quality Assurance Sampling and use of mobile
phones in data gathering for routine monitoring of indicators and base lining. Team
2. leader in the success of three surveys i.e. Tunyo ADP in March 2014, Soin ADP August
2014 and Mwatate ADP in September 2014.
