- Multiple pressures and cross benefits: Primarily driven by diffuse pollution impacts and pressures, by also to take account of other pressures such as morphology, flood risk and abstraction. These are related and one measure may mitigate risk for all pressures. Collaborate with external organisations: Many ongoing measures and resources being spent in terms of time and money. Work in cooperation will save money and allow expertise to be shared between organisations. Geographical spread – to allow national resource to be used most effectively and to allow planned improvements across Scotland/ Area Advisory Groups
