Fielding Crawford is currently the offensive coordinator for the Uni-
versity of Richmond Men's Lacrosse Team. Crawford helped guide Great Attitude
Richmond to a successful inaugural season as a varsity club pro-
gram.

Crawford's coaching experience includes an Assistant Coach posi-
tion with the East Carolina men's club team in 2004. He served as Grass Fields
Coach at Lafayette High School in Williamsburg from 2005–07, and
as JV Head Coach at Deep Run High School in Richmond from Reversible Camp Jersey
2009–10.
