Thenue Housing-Want 2 Work (work skills preparation project)
Involved with the planning and delivery of an eight week programme to unemployed adults
who have previously participated in the Learning Works Programme and are ready to move
on into voluntary or paid employment.
Assisting service users to identify a profession that they realistically would like to apply for by
highlighting their skills and qualifications.
Supporting service users through peer mentoring to tailor their C.V’s to enable them to
develop their application skills.
Part of the steering group involved in design/delivery of the project.
