Summary
Wil Greer’s primary research interest is urban student achievement. Specifically, his work
has focused on data-driven instruction, formative assessment, teacher collaboration,
African American student achievement, and STEM education. Wil is an assistant
professor at California State University, San Bernardino, and was an assistant principal at
Ruben S. Ayala High School. He has also worked as a reviewer for the American
Educational Research Association, a testing coordinator, a world and American history
teacher, a non-profit director, and a school district program specialist.
