Overall responsibility and guidance for the Cluster’s ICT PD Project.
Particular responsibility for financial aspects of the contract, including the authorisation of all payments.
Monitor and report on progress, finance and resourcing.
Support and advice for Project Facilitators. Provide leadership and support for project facilitators.
Attendance at negotiations and progress meetings with NSSF/MOE representatives.
Attendance at cluster meetings when appropriate.
Establish systems to ensure focus on achievement of vision and targets.
Liaise with national project personnel.

Act as leaders of change in their own schools
Participate in on going training and development around change and the KLP
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programme in own schools
Make up the leadership committee of this programme
Attend National conferences as required
Work closely with staff to support their learning including distributed leadership of ICT within the
School - Mentor and support where required.
Participate in cluster review and planning days
Link ICT developments to Schools' Annual Plan and undertake a pastoral role within the cluster.
Support the facilitator to assist teachers in the cluster.
Lead theoretical and practical innovation in own schools.
Collect and provide evidence-based data on progress against cluster vision and goals.
Model and share effective practice with ICT.
Bring creative ideas and innovations to the attention of the facilitator and project leader.
Attend professional development opportunities as and when required.
To be a lead practitioner in ICT in the cluster, and look to develop own teaching using ICT.
Be a pedagogical role model.
Plan and organise ‘personalised’ Professional Development, which is meaningful and manageable.
Work with teachers in classrooms and mentor and support the development approach.
Support lead teachers in their leadership.
Arrange and organise practical, workshop and showcase sessions.
Provide data and evidence on shifts in practice and student achievement.
Attend all regional workshops
