variable were 95%. Anything more than 80% is
outstanding evidence of validity.

based on its relations established by introspection.

Core Passion® Assessment Reliability
• Reliability is measured by the internal consistency of the CPA.
• The Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient for 240
items was 0.819.
• Since the correlation (0.819) is greater than 0.7 (49%
predictability), the CPA is considered to have high reliability
(67% predictability).
• This high reliability on a small sample set of n=26 is indicative
of a strong relationship that would hold true for a larger
sample.
