PROPOSAL:
The plan draws on the idea of a
green oasis within the district’s grey
fabric, adapted to the local
topography – (the ‘plateau’ being
already on a hilly ramp with additional
small variations) for which extra care
has been given in order to enhance
features of genius loci, coping with
their use (mounded ramps for skating
/ sunbathing) – and to the age
management for considerations of
general use (churchyard vs.
surroundings)
