Engineering Enterprises is working as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning)
experts since 1992. Supply, manufacturing and installation of HVAC, Ventilation and

Responsibilities

 Create a list of parts and labor’s that was necessary to complete a project to the client’s
specifications
 Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and
report. Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manage.
 Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
 Ensuring that Project quality Plan and procedures are activated at site
 Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
 Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.
 Report on daily inspection and testing activities and issuing non-conformance reports
when the specification or procedural requirements are not met
 Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual
progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for
recovery.
Plant Engineer
Responsibilities
 Maintenance of (Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, DFA, FCU’s, AHU’s) HVAC Plant
 Overhauling and Servicing of central mounted HVAC plant
 Assembling of project logs, such as equipment, submittal, and shop drawing logs.
 Visit of chillers boilers pumps FCU’s ACU’s on daily bases
 Work on Shut down
 Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information;
coordinating actions; obtaining expert input

3. Projects Dealt With:
1) Saudi-Pak Tower & NICL (July 2014-Dec 2014)
Work on pre-installed water cooled HVAC plant. It has capacity of 400 Tons. Main work was of
maintenance of Chillers Boilers Ducts Cooling towers Centrifugal Pumps. Saudi Pak Investment
Company owns a twenty storey High Rise Building in Islamabad known as Saudi Pak Tower.
Saudi Pak Tower has been awarded standardization certification of ISO 9001:2008
2) Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority Islamabad (Jan 2014-May 2015)
Work on Installation and maintenance of HVAC plant of 360 Tons. Main objective was
Fabrication, Eriction and Maintenance work on Site. During my job I worked on fabrication and
Eriction of compressors, pumps, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers, Generator, Duct Worked on
additional Installation of compressive HVAC plant. During Job I have worked on Installation of
Split and Packaged heating and Cooling Units also worked on Additional ducting for Pre-
installed System.
3) National Electric Power Regulating Authority (May 2015- Dec 2015)
Installation of VRF air cooled system of 400 tons (1400 kW) capacity. During installation I had
worked in the Purchase department and Installation of complete site.
4) Ventilation of Production Hall Forward Sports Sialkot (Jan 2016- April 2016)
Calculation of heating/cooling load and Installation of Veloair Evaporative Coolers and
complete duct work for the production hall of 30000 sq-ft for ventilation purpose. During
Project I have worked in Plumbing, duct installation and Drawing knowledge of Ventilation
system.
5) VRF Installation and Ventilation of Primary Hall of Philip Morris (PMI) Sahiwal
(April 2016 – Oct 2016)
Installation of 24 ton Mitsubishi VRF system for office and a complete ventilation system of
108000 CFM with duct & Pipe work for Production Hall of Tobacco refining. I have worked in
purchasing installation and maintenance.
