2. My passion and ambition are to make large organizations more entrepreneurial. Current times demand
companies to be adaptive as well as operational excellent. There are many toolkits and approaches to
operational excellence and I have developed a body of knowledge called Corporate Effectuation in collaboration

orchestrate their adaptiveness to changing markets and even create new markets. Incremental and radical

Our approach unleashes the hidden potential in your company. The investment diminishes when the output is
considered. We even offer clients the possibility to settle for a percentage of the revenues we achieve in the first
six months because I teach what we practice.
In everything I do, I am focused on seducing the corporate world to limit their bets on old-school approaches
like benchmarking and keeping with the current core competences and to try our effectual entrepreneurship
approach.
