BRIDGING THE GAP
“The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” (John 1:14)
W
hen his kids were young, he thought they would be impressed with what few
accomplishments he may have had—that they would read my books and be
impressed by my speaking engagements. But then he discovered that they
hadn’t read any of my books and had no idea where he had been on a speaking gig. When
my oldest son finally read one of my books, he told me that the only reason he read it was
so that he would stop telling people that my children have never read my books!
Let’s face it—for the most part, kids are not impressed with our accomplishments. So
the only way to bridge the gap is to meet them where they are, to get into their world—like
getting into a game of Chutes and Ladders or playing catch in the backyard.
Jesus did this with us. John said of Jesus, ―the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory‖ (John 1:14). In other words, He stooped down to our level when
He came to this earth, which led to His greatest accomplishment of all: bridging the gap
between His world and ours once and for all.
Only then could we begin to understand how worthy He is of our utmost adoration and
praise!

2. Our Lord is worthy all our days
Of all our love and highest praise;
He died to take our sin and shame—
Oh, bless the Savior’s holy name!
Jesus bridged the gap between the
infinite God and finite man.
To begin our prayer time together, we ask you to repeat this prayer with us each day...
“O gracious and heavenly Father, in name of Jesus Christ I pray for Pastor Avinash
and Rajiv and every member of their families and the entire staff of Well Fortified
Intercessors Army and Living God Group and their families. Lord keeps them safe
from all the evil powers and no harm should come to them and every one who are
working in the ministry. Lord Jesus guides each step and shows the right path on
which they will take. Dear Father God you have called them to do your will. Protect
them and guide them in whatever they do. I pray shower your blessings on them so
that they will be able to fulfill the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father God give
them strength and power and health. My heavenly Father keeps them away from all
kinds of dangers and gives them shelter under your wings. In the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ, I command a hedge of protection to be around their home and property
today and I ask that warrior angels sent by the you true Father God would be placed
to stand guard at any holes that might be in that hedge. I place the full armors of God
on them, and I ask that the light of the Lord Jesus shine through them this day. In
the name of Jesus I ask-Amen”
Pray specifically today for people you know who need to know the saving and
healing power of Jesus Christ in their lives. Many people are suffering – spiritually,
emotionally, and physically – let us stand before our Mighty God today on their
behalf!

―Heavenly Father I pray the blood of Jesus over all the partners and supporters of

of protection against the wiles of the enemy and I pray for your blessing and favor to

resources so that Pastor Avinash and Rajiv will be able to accomplish all that you
have called them to do.‖

Healthy Nutrition
A Balanced Diet
I f you want to keep your lifestyle healthy and fit than it is very important to adopt a
healthy diet. For that you have to start by thinking about your health risks. If you
have high cholesterol or high blood pressure than you have to keep some point in your
mind before planning a diet for yourself. It will be better to take the advice of your doctor
or a dietitian.
For a balanced diet keep some point in the mind:
1. Fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy products, lean protein sources, nuts and seeds
should be included in your diet sheet.
2. Proper amounts of nutrients and calories should be included to help you maintain a
healthy weight also.
3. In your diet sheet includes foods you like and can easily find in your local grocery store.
4. Make a diet sheet that fits your lifestyle and budget.
A balanced diet should include these factors:
1. Carbohydrates
2. Fiber
3. Fats
4. Minerals
5. Protein
6. Vitamin and
7. Water
Tips For Balanced Diet
Before selecting a daily food menu you must be aware of your body’s vitamin and mineral
requirements as well as the nutritional values of the food choices. To make sure that you are
following a balanced diet, keep in the mind that:
1. Food choices originate from the five main food groups viz. fruits, vegetables, cereals and
pulses, dairy, poultry, fish and meat products.
2. Human body requires over 40 nutrients including vitamins, minerals, water, protein,
carbohydrates and fats so it is important that we eat a variety of foods especially within
vegetables and across the food groups.
3. Your diet ensures that your Body Mass Index is within the recommended range.
4. You follow low fat recipes, eating foods that are low in saturated and trans fat.
5. Sugar, oil and alcoholic beverage consumption is restricted.
6. Your food has low sodium content.

In the name of Jesus and in agreement with the Word, I command sickness to go. I
command disease and bondage to go in Jesus mighty name. Father, by the power of the
Holy Spirit, I pray that the anointing for healing will be released right now in Jesus’ name
and that from this moment on healing, restoration and health will come to these peoples
listed above. This I pray in Jesus wonderful and glorious name. Amen.
