underdrain systems within green spaces of
parking areas for treatment and storage



– Detention for Ultimate Conditions req’d a
3.6 ac-ft expansion of the wet detention
basin east of the main bldgs in Phase I.

ACTION PLAN
EMERGENCY

• With WDNR approval, we submitted to
FEMA to obtain a CLOMR which was
required for building occupancy
• LOMR will be applied for once building
is complete
