This document outlines the key dates and requirements for monitoring grant funding from the IESD New Awards Event. It provides the timeline for grant payments in 2014-2015 along with the deadline for returning completed Monitoring Packs. It describes what information the Monitoring Packs should include like progress on outcomes from the application and facts/figures to demonstrate achievement. The monitoring process aims to evaluate if projects are on track with their plan, budget, and continuing to meet Department of Health priorities and service user needs. Risk management and long-term sustainability are also areas of focus.
