This document provides notice that the Utica International Embassy will be filing formal criminal charges against 36 individuals, including government officials from the Town of Utica, Mississippi, Hinds County, Mississippi, the State of Mississippi, and the United States. The criminal charges will include 34 counts and allege crimes such as conspiracy, kidnapping, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice, and defamation.
