Recruitment & Joining Formalities
Recruitment for all locations for direct & indirect employees through employee referrals,

purpose of tax saving.
Co-ordinate with A/c Dept. for all payroll related activities.
Proper tracking of CTC records of all existing associates and maintaining a proper and updated
soft copy record of addition and deletion.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all payroll related documents.
Efficient management of reimbursement system including collection of claims, checking of claims,
proper filling of physical claims etc.
Coordinating with employees and insurance company for Mediclaim (Cashless & Reimbursement
claims).
HR Activities
Responsible for complete employee life cycle.
Setting up KRAs for new joinees with the help of their reporting manager.
Responsible for updating the Employee Database (for direct & indirect employees).
Part of the team responsible for studying the existing HR policies, recommending change and
then conceptualizing and executing of new HR policies.
Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, transfer letters, relieving & experience letters.
Drive Employee engagement, welfare activities and other events in the location.
Assisting in Performance Management.
Handling employee queries on one-to-one basis and solving it efficiently.
Preparation of the Monthly reports like Salary, Headcount, Organization chart, Emp. Database,
Provision to finance on a monthly basis.
Handling HR audit.
Exit formalities
After acceptance of resignation full & final settlement form to be issued to the concerned
employee and it should be signed by all HOD.
