Goal. During a SAP Financial project, in compliance with the Project
Steering Committee, define and then implement the training and
documentation strategy built on 21 roles oriented training programs for
about 800 end-users, by using SAP SPP (uPerform).
Results. Management of training activities: material templates,
environments, planning, coordination of 18 business representatives,
management of the e-learning platform as well as conception of the talent
development plan for project, business, maintenance and management
team members of the SAP Customer Competence Centre.

Goal. During a SAP upgrade (from 4.7 to ECC 6.5), design and publish
process documentation and training material for the SAP end-users, in
collaboration with the HR department.
Results. Update or create new process-oriented documentation on main
transactions for SAP HR, FI, CO, PM and MM by using Oracle UPK and
Microsoft Office. From a single source, publishing a set of documents,
from one page of visual help to a hundred pages manual related to a
