Email Marketing is a process of advertising the products of an organization through web enabled communication
media like Email. Email marketing is very effective from any other advertising media because in Email marketing we
are able to segregate the Customers, Intended for targeted Customers, less time consuming and create a good

3. relationship between client and Existing Customer and attract new customers.
The whole process is going through a ticketing system called job tickets. Every ticket considers as a project and
duration of the project is from generating a ticket to the deployment and the duration is from 20 to 30 days.
For this process first client requests for generating a ticket to campaign solutions after that the whole
communication is goes through the same job ticket.
After generating the ticket Client used to provide some documentation with a CRF (Client Request Form) for his
requirements then we will build the text and HTML raw files. Once we built we will use the same creative's to set
up the messages under a campaign and also we used to modify the code when necessary according to some
domain issue and client requirements. After Building the message we will check the proofs in different domain to
check whether there is any domain issue. If we found we will fix it as well. After completion of proof checking we
send back the proof to the Client for Proofs approvals. After that we work with some files which contains the email
address and different attributes i.e. First Name, address etc.. Using this information we will generate the list by
using Query on the basis of client requirements. After receiving proof approval from the Client we send the Counts
to client which contains the targeted customers to whom the message should deploy after receiving the both
approval we do the QA process to make sure that everything is fine to deploy.
After deployment we will generate the report which contains the customer details like for how many customers
messages have been delivered, the delivery errors, Hard bounce, soft bounce, how many customers are opened
that message, how many customers are clicked on the URLS and how many customers made the purchase etc.
