Major Responsiblities:
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
 Managing a wide gamut of the Corporate functions for all the departments.
 Responsible for maintaining required Employee count on board and Audits.
 Conducting HR Orientation and Induction of New Joiners.
 Responsible for Joining formalities & Bank A/c Opening Formalities.
 Generating the Employee IDs and doing Login Process in People soft portal.
 Identify the Training needs and Schedule Training Programs by coordinating with Trainer.
 Working Knowledge of Attendance/Leave management of India and other Geo’s and Payroll Software.
 Document verification and managing large amount of HRIS data.
 HR Policies & Procedures and documentation in line with the company's corporate vision.
 Preparing important notes on GLC, Salary advance, Manpower, Leaves, Exits and Maternity.
 Working Knowledge on tools like Oracle people soft(One Point HCM and One point FSCM modules)
Payroll Process and Performance Appraisal
 Update the Pay structure in Attendance and Payroll Software named People soft.
 Replying to queries relating to salaries, bank accounts, Leaves.
 Correcting arrears in salaries, if any.
 Preparing various payroll inputs and MIS Reports on a monthly basic.
 Co-ordination with HODs for Annual increment and same update in the system tools and provide exit
clearances in system.
Employment Engagement Activities:
 Grievance handling
 Welfare activities like Birthday Celebration, Day’s celebration, festival celebration.
 Reward and recognition activities conducted every month for Best performance.
 Motivation programs specially for Sales Staff.
Exit formalities:
 Taking Exit interviews and try to retain them by solving their issues if any.
 Timely process of all F&F (End to End basis) related formalities
