(Formerly Known as MANAKSIA LIMITED) as SENIOR REGIONAL MANAGER SALES &
MARKETING for GUJARAT in CCL Division.
Duties
• Planning a company sales campaigns. Developing of an operating plan for establishing sales traction in a regions suitable
for the company products.
• Proactively reviewing the outcomes of the company sales efforts . Always look for a ways to improves on the sales process
for company to grow continuously and capture market share & constantly evaluating each and every sales campaigns to see
what the new opportunities are available in the region.
• Analyzing existing dealers network strategy, suggest and implements changes where required for improved network
performance.
• Set and manage performance metrics for dealers, Design Process to ensure improvement of under performers.
• Liaison with Channel Partners to maximize sales potential through best practices, Design, Plan and implement
training programs for all Channel Partners, marketing activities, price circular, discount schemes etc. Identify needs of
Channel Partners to improve service levels, Formulate / Implement Quality Complaint policy for Channel Partners.
• Increase penetration in the market for market developments. Coordinate appointment and training of Business Development
personnel, Set up performance metrics for Business Development personnel.
• Inform on competitive services, promotional matter, sales technique, pricing and marketing policies.
• Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations and support contract
negotiations.
• Inform on regional competitive activities and overall market place on time.
• Ensuring that best practice is followed in safety, legality and quality of service.
• Developing and supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement.
• Assisting company accountants in the formulation of forecasts and budgets.
