inspection for WD FCT( Function circuit test)
• The system includes 2 Epson robots, Router, lifter,
Conveyor, Robot Mounting Base, FCT
buffer, Conveyor with flipper rotator
FCT fixture and Flipping good
Description:
•Design and development of auto screwing and USB
firm wire insertion
•The system includes 3 Epson Robot, HDD feeding
conveyor, Pick and Place Robot . Screw Gripper,

box in assembly line.

pressing and 90◦ bending mechanism.

punch die modelling, electrode planning and modelling etc. also responsible for
converting wireframe and scanned data into 3D models and IGES fixing using CAD.
