My main focus is the study and implementation of machine learning, image processing & statistical analysis algorithms for medical applications. So far I have directly contributed in the following projects: Blood Vessel Segmentation in Retinal Images, DNA Microarray classification for cancer detection, Use of fNIR for brain activity visualization, and Feature selection and extraction of EEG signals.
