The solution caters to lease processing needs of a financial institution, Wells Fargo (Client
corporate located in US). It covers the end-to-end lease processing needs for Wells Fargo. This project
has mainly 4 modules namely, Origination, Lease Entry, Lease Management and Termination. The
language for the development of software is C# and backend database for the solution is SQL Server
2000. LIMS is a Multi module project, in which reporting and data warehousing are the modules
handled by us (Reporting Team).

PHOENIX INFOCOM is a subsidiary of Shakti Vital Links, a Distributor company for SIEMENS Switching
Systems in retail market. A business is related to Telecommunication and Switching systems also known as
EPABX. In simple words an exchange for corporate telecom infrastructure.
PHOENIX INFOCOM is intended to supply software solutions on top of switching systems in existing market.
The need of business in late 90’s was to minimize cost incurred by corporate on telecom sector.
Major telecom mode was based on corporate telephone lines (PRI & BRI) with DISA functionalities and smart
consoles for operator.
Above mentioned Software solutions/projects caters corporate to visualize the expenses and elaboration of
expenses to granular level and broader level by use of Crystal report integrated within Software solution.
Delivered variety of report iterations as per business needs and provided 300+ reports as per customer’s
choice.
