(BMS).

large-scale enterprises in Real Estate domain across India.
The company founded in 2013, the Headquartersof company in
Pune and currently two others offices in Mumbai and Bangalore.
We are on a mission to provide systems which are designed

which is developed by continuously analysing and observing the
needs and demands of the today’s competitive businesses. In this

Generate lead of potential Real Estate clients who can
use BMS in their organization.
BMS carries out the day to day activity for real estate
organizations. Activities like Sales, Marketing, HR,
Accounting etc are carried out.
This was carried out on B2B sales concept.

1. To study B2B sales of Business Management System
(BMS).
2. To find prospects for business and make list of
potential customers of BMS along with contact details
of decision maker for further sales approach.
3. To determine the scope of BMS in Pune.
4. To identify critical decision parameters for buying
Business Management System by Real Estate
companies.

Sample procedure: Visit Client in personal and
collect the information.

Secondry - Calling to clients, Search on Internet.

Generated lead of around 200 clients in pune and
visited in the 2 months.
I have approched around 200 builders in pune for
BMS.
I have given 4 very hot customers which are
nearly about to close the deal.
Demonstrated BMS to more than 25 clients.
Surveyed around 200 clients for BMS.
