6. Technical expertise
• The Chief of VNR enviroconsult is considered to be a leading expert in the
field of Environment.
• He obtained his Doctorate in Zoology from Marathwada University,
Aurangabad.
• He was former Dy. Director (Labs) & Director (Trg) , Tamilnadu Pollution
Control Board.
• He was instrumental for setting the modalities for the TNPCB.
• Served TNPCB to about 25 years

9. Present Status
Rapport with the officials of SPCBs/ MoEF, the Chief Consultant was
instrumental in getting the clearances for the Red category and EIA
projects.
With a motive to guide industries towards environment protection and
sustainable development, he has started this consultancy firm on 30 Aug
2012.
However, within a short span of time VNR enviroconsult got clearances for
Japanese companies like M/s Kobelco Cranes India (P) Ltd., and M/s Aisan
Auto Parts India (P) Ltd., and India Metal One Steel Plate Processing Pvt
Ltd. Sri City and also advising in environmental management.
