8. UAA Mentoring –
For Mentors
• UAAs who have been in their role for at least one year, have achieved Level 1
certification, and have completed Level 2 modules
Who can be a mentor? (Eligibility)
• One-year formal commitment
• Meet with your mentee regularly, including individual meetings and shadowing
• Be available for quick communication to answer questions and provide
clarification/support
