8. Note:
A ship (hereafter referred to as base) will be
accompanying the participants carrying all the
supplies (inc food, water, first aid kit, clothing and
other basic needs).
A fixed distance (predefined) in a certain direction
will be assigned to the participants every day. After
completion of which they are expected to return to
the base and rest till the next day.
There will be 4 major halts on land. We’ll be
staying at each halt for 2 days
9. Winner will be decided based on the cumulative
time for all the individual day races. In case of a tie
the person with most number of individual race
wins will be declared the winner.
The base crew will have sufficient number of care
takers, operators, doctors, chefs and other staff
members – number will be based on the
participation.
Winners will be final and will be based on the sole
discretion of organizers.
10. In case of a tsunami, tornado or any other natural
calamity, the race will be suspended and may or
may not resume.
All participants will have life insurance cover of
100,000$ and accident and medical insurance cover
of 50,000$ during the course of the entire race.
Organizers have the right to change the course,
modify the rules or cancel the race.
