CCI is one of the leading organizations of civil society in B&H which for more than 10 years,
among other things, promotes and advocates responsibility of government institutions in
B&H.
Since 2006, CCI conducts monitoring of all governments and parliaments in B&H, from
cantonal to national levels.
In practice, this means monitoring of 28 institutions and 779 individual MPs, prime
ministers and ministers, who are the subject of monitoring.
CCI publish quarterly reports on monitoring, or 104 individual reports yearly, at
approximately 3,000 pages.
In 6 years, it is approximately 600 individual reports on governments and parliaments in
B&H, tenth of press conferences, thousands of media releases, etc.

The subject of monitoring is to measure the level of efficiency, effectiveness and
accountability of individual institutions and individual MPs, prime ministers, and ministers.
Specifically, next variables are measured:
• level of accomplishment of the annual work plan of each government institution,
• number, importance, and contest of adopted laws,
• number, importance, and contest of adopted or rejected measures,
• amount and method of budget expenditures,
• presence of MPs and ministers at the parliament sessions,
• number and content of initiatives, asked questions, and participation in the discussions of
each individual,
• complementarity of the measures passed with the priority problems of the citizens of B&H
and with the EU integration process

After several years of monitoring, at the beginning of 2010, with the goal to present
objective, impartial, and from the political influences independent information about the
institutions and individuals in the election year, CCI published the web site:

All monitoring data collected can be found at this web site, with options to sort information
and compare institutions, or to display graphs, trends, data on all individuals, news,
important documents, registrations, RSS, etc.

site database for public use.
