We took on a problem of helping ICANN labs do a better job helping people understand what they do. This was a 5 hour hackathon. This is the resulting presentation. It was also supported by a working prototype.

with people across the globe.

4. Given the barriers mentioned above it would be nice if people could
quickly gain an understanding of these terms when they see them.

An abbreviation for the GNSO OSC Constituency & Stakeholder Group Operations Team.
It is also known as the GNSO Council Operations Work Team. It was established by the
GNSO Operations Steering Committee (OSC) to identify areas that need to be reviewed in
order to best seat the new Council, and to provide recommendations to update areas and
submit them to the OSC for reviewing and feedback. [1]
