Adventure for SUV's Day 1
- Arrival to Murmansk
Arrival at Murmansk airport. Transfer to the centre of
Murmansk city. City tour of Murmansk including visit
on World’s first Nuclear Icebreaker Lenin. Check-in in
the hotel.

We can organise individual transfer within the city or
from the city to Murmansk Airport, or to different
destinations in the area. We use only modern cars
and reliable drivers.

MUST KNOW: Climate of
Murmansk
Murmansk features a subarctic climate with long and
cold winters and short, cool summers. In the city,
freezing temperatures are routinely experienced
from October to May.

Murmansk is a relatively young city, founded in 1916.
Murmansk is the biggest port in the Polar area of
Russia, the world biggest city within the Arctic circle.
It is «Hero City» (the title awarded to a few FSU cities
particularly distinguished during WWII). It is situated
300 km north of the Arctic circle, among hills, on the
coast of ice-free Kola Bay, 50 km from the Barents
Sea.

Murmansk - the
NORTHERN SEA PORT
Walk along the streets of our city with a visit to the
main attractions (the monument "Alyosha", the
Church" Spas on the Waters", the memorial" Mayak
"and" Kursk", the world's first nuclear
icebreaker"Lenin"). Get acquainted with the history
of education and formation of our city, learn
interesting facts.

ICEBREAKER "LENIN" -
First Russsian nuclear
icebreaker
You have a unique chance to visit the first Soviet
icebreaker "Lenin". It was launched in 1959 and went
out of operation only in 1989. During these years
"Lenin" helped 3000 ships to go through the ice.

Naval museum of
Northern Fleet
The history of the Naval museum of the Northern
Fleet started in the years of the Second World War
with collection of materials about famous pilots,
submarines, marine infantrymen, divisions and
formations of the Northern Fleet, which were
presented at the exhibition "Battle actions of Naval
Fleet in the Second World War" in the Palace of
Officers in Polyarny. In 1944 all the collected displays
were given to the Palace of Officers in Murmansk.

19:00 Welcome dinner At
Barents Bar
The menu of the restaurant includes Russian
specialties and popular European dishes for Breakfast
and lunch. The festive atmosphere of the restaurant
"Polar Zori" is perfect for holding festive dinners and
private banquets.

The season of Northern lights starts from the end of
August and lasts until the beginning of April

DAY 2 - 4th FEBRUARY 2021, THURSDAY
08:00 Arctic Ice Roads
- Monchegorsk
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel you
collect your SUV and after a briefing drive to a
Siberian Husky Farm in the centre of Kola Peninsula.
Lunch, excursion and short husky sledge ride.
Continuing to Monchegorsk.

Husky Park is located 14 km from the capital of
"Russian Lapland" – the village of Lovozero (165 km
from Murmansk). Husky is a man's best friend. This is
one of the most friendly and peaceful types of dogs.

Sea (360 km)
Drive along the White Sea coast to Varzuga village.
On the way visit the Pomor village Kashkarantsy on
the shore of the frozen White Sea. We can try out
some snowy roads to the White Sea shore. Lunch in a
local café on the way. Arrival at Varzuga village.
Dinner, sauna and overnight in a Guest house.

DAY 3 - 5th FEBRUARY 2021, FRIDAY
Overnight in Selo Varzuga

Varzuga has one of the most impressive surviving
architectural landmarks in the north: the Church of
the Dormition of the Virgin, built of logs in 1674 with
a soaring "tent" tower.

DAY 4 - 6th FEBRUARY 2021, SATURDAY
Arctic Ice Roads
- drive to Kirovsk (on the
foot of Khibiny Tundra)
(380 km)
Drive to Kirovsk city on the foot of Khibiny
Mountains. Dinner and overnight at the hotel st the
foot of Khibiny Mountains.

WiFi access is available.

DAY 5 - 7th FEBRUARY 2021, SUNDAY

Drive by snowmobile through a labyrinth of valleys in
the beautiful Khibiny Mountain landscape

Breathtaking beauty of the local nature and the
power and speed of the snowmobile!
Snowmobile rides are accompanied by experienced
instructors (guides) - with experience of driving a
snowmobile for more than a hundred hours.

Lunch by the fire during
the snowmobile ride
After having breathtaking experience of rodong
snowmobiles - take a little rest and recover your
force having picnic by the fire enjoying the
picturesque views of the wild nature.

20:00 DINNER at Arctica
Restaurant
The modern, spacious, daylight-filled restaurant
"Arctic" is the best place to eat. Every day we offer
our guests a delicious buffet Breakfast and lunch, as
well as an a la carte dinner with a wide selection of
European and Lapland dishes.

Drive back to Murmansk
and check-in at Azimut

Fabulous Snow Village - hand-made ice museum.
There are around 40 rooms decorated by Russian,
Norwegian and Finish artists. Every year Snow village
is different.
Visiting Museum of stone ancient building with clock
on a top of it. This museum represents Nickel-plated
mine of the Murmansk region.

DAY 6 - 8th FEBRUARY 2021, MONDAY
08:00 Arctic Ice Roads
- Day trip to Teriberka
village and Barents Sea
Today we will drive to Teriberka village on the
Barents sea shore. This is an interesting and beautiful
120 km long icy road through the tundra. We will
explore Teriberka village and visit the Barents Sea.

10:00 Sea voyage from
Teriberka with a UNIQUE
EXPERIENCE OF ICE
FLOATING
Picturesque views of the coastal granite rocks from
the sea, the rugged coastline, replaced by beaches
with giant pebbles "Eggs of stone dragons". Cape
Teribersky in real proximity and a lighthouse
towering on the rocks, which is visible from the shore
only as something on the edge of the earth, and from
the ship it is clear in detail.

You have a unique chance to see houw brave and
strong you are!
Do the ice-floating right in the cold water of Arctic
ocean. All you have to do is embark on board of our
boat and set off to an unforgettable sea voyage!

13:30 Lunch at Teribersliy
Bereg Restaurant
The Teribersky Bereg tourist complex is located in
the most picturesque place of the far North, in the
Murmansk region, on the Barents sea. The complex
offers a variety a comfortable accommodation and a
restaurant of northern cuisine.

15:00 Waterfall that
flows right into the Arctic
Ocean - waterfall in
Teriberka
How many waterfalls are located on the coast of the
Arctic ocean? Very few. And the waterfall in
Teriberka belongs to these unique natural objects. It
originates not in the river of the same name, as some
claim, but in the Small Battery lake and flows into the
Barents sea.

16:30 Continue exploring
the northern coast at the
Graveyard of ships in
Teriberka
The ship graveyard in Teriberka makes a strong
impression. These were fishing vessels, navigating
the Northern seas, fishing along the rocky shores of
the Arctic ocean. Some of the vessels were quite big
but now they are embedded in the ground.

19:00 Return to
Murmansk and dinner at
Tsarskaya Okhota (”The
Tsars Hunt”)
Tsarskaya Okhota (”The Tsars Hunt”). It is the best
Russian restaurant of Murmansk. Interior is made in
Russian style like Russian House

DAY 7 - 9th FEBRUARY 2021, TUESDAY
Transfer from the hotel to
the airport
Located in the urban settlement of Murmashi,
Murmansk region. It is located 4 km South-West of
the center of the village of Murmashi, 24 km from
the center of Murmansk. The transfer from the hotel
to the airport will take approximately 50 minutes.
The bus will bring you right to the entrance of the
terminal.
