Situation: Process focus on gaps in
current work being conducted.
Task: Explained to Directors and
other business consultant partners
gaps and in process function that
was enabling work to not be at is
full capacity of 100% effectiveness.
Action: I demonstrated resolutions
steps that will correct the functions
of current process and allow for the
process to be more efficient and
effective with employee job core
duties.
Task: Worked closely with upper
level management team in
analyzing and re creating process
procedures that save time/money
and more efficient for employess.

2. CIBC’s Quarterly
Team Award for
Diversity Committee
As an Diversity Ambassadors holding
many events before the release of
CIBC’s GO&I Diversity calendar.
Working in a team for more than a
year promoting Diversity in the
organization. Our goal is to educated
and promote diverse cultures in all at
in work and personal life.
We had no budget and to support
these events that were held monthly
such as Pride Week and Chinese New
Years we conducted fundraisers and
contribute own funds to support
events. Received many positive feed
backs from Directors, managers and
employees on how they enjoyed
events and we continued to embrace
all culture and educate providing
foods and fun for all employees that
participated!
We accomplished, and exceeded
expectations while supporting visions
of being a leader in client relationships
and delivered what matters to
stakeholders.

recognized as top player in high
school. Demonstrating good
sportsman ship and dedication.

for being apart of various sports
team including volleyball,
basketball, track and field flag
football and being a manager for
the senior boys basketball team!
