Exercises are necessary for good health and a
long life. Everyone wants to have perfect body.
But how to achieve this? The body of our
dream is not an impossible task as we think.
Below are some of the simple and very useful
exercises to help your body stay toned and firm
to attain a perfect body that can make anyone of
the opposite gender stare and be jealous of.
 
Pushups
Pushups are one of the oldest and most basic exercises and they are very
effective. They helps to build and rip muscles in the upper body and build
optimal strength in the forearms, wrists, upper arms, shoulders and chest.
The more you work on your muscles, the faster you will burn calories from
body.
Squats
Squats are a powerful way to boost your overall fitness. It is a great and
simple exercise to strengthen all sorts of good stuff including your legs,
lower back, hips and even bones. It requires no equipment, and can be
done just about anywhere. Although it is often regarded as leg exercise it
also offers benefits throughout your entire body muscles like hips, thighs
etc.
Pull-ups
Pull-ups are one of the most beneficial exercises, but definitely not
one of the easiest. Pull-ups are the hallmarks of an advanced strength
athlete which helps them to develop biceps, triceps and shoulders,
giving them a powerful strength and superior muscularity. These rely
only on bodyweight and therefore do not need special equipment or
machines. Many avoid this because of its difficult, but it’s this
difficulty which makes this a great potential to improve your fitness
in many ways.
Plank
Plank is a simple but challenging exercise that targets the whole of your
core. It helps to tighten the deepest core muscles. Planks force your body
into a proper alignment, taking stress off your hips by forcing your abs to
contract. The longer you can hold, the stronger your lower back will
become shaping a better abs. For people who spend long periods of their
day sitting, these exercises can help a lot to improve their posture and
thereby helps in preventing back and hip pain.
Lunges
Lunges are one of the most effective exercises for shaping your legs and
bottom. It is simple and works well for warming up or lower body strength
training. It helps to improve athletic performance and your physical
appearance. It mainly targets the quadriceps, but also hits the calves and
core muscles
 
Hip Raise
Hip Raise is a considered has one of the great exercises that work in the
abdominal and lower back muscles. This exercise is not only good for
people who are trying to tone and strengthen the muscles, but also for
those who are interested in weight loss which helps them stabilizes part of
the body. It increases the metabolic rate, thereby raising calorie burn and
helping to achieve weight loss goals.
Chair Dips
Chair dip is an easy to learn exercise which contributes huge benefits in
building triceps. You can see noticeable differences in your upper arms
with few minutes of chair dips every day. It is the second most effective
body weight exercise after pushups which require limited equipment but
much focus and concentration.
