В ескізному проекті, виконаному попереднім архітектором, було допущено безліч істотних помилок. Проектний процес по корекції ескізного проекту вів одночасно з будівельним проектом, паралельно з будівництвом,
після виконання робіт по заливці створення будівлі. Частина номерів уже була продана до початку корекції. Тем не менш, виконані проектні рішення забезпечують готельний заявний рівень.
In the preliminary project, executed by the previous architect, many significant mistakes were made. The design process for updating the outline project was carried out simultaneously with the construction project, in parallel with the
construction, after the completion of the foundation of the building. Some of the numbers have already been sold before the corrections. Nevertheless, the completed design solutions provide the hotel with the declared level.

- запропонована кількість та розміри верикального транспорту не відповідали реальним розмірам обладнання, сервісні ліфти не спускалися в підвальні приміщення
suggested amount and size of shafts for vertical transport was not corresponding with real equipment, service elevators were not reaching basement floor
- відсутність типології у номерному фонді, житлові поверхи запроектовані без розуміння принципів роботи інженерних систем готелю та організації обслуговування номерів
lack of typology in the room list, guest floors been designed without understanding of operation of engineer systems of the hotel , and organization of room service procedure
- відсутність номерів для людей з обмеженими можливостями пересування
the lack of rooms for disabled people
- громадські простори готелю не відповідали заявленому рівню 5 зірок (трасування сервісних потоків через громадські зони, розмір фойє, мала кількість громадських санвузлів і т.п.)
hotel public space was not matching with announced 5 star standards (the trace of service routs through public spaces, lobby size, small amount of public toilets etc.)
- відсутність інженерних, складських та підсобних приміщень, приміщень персоналу, брак площ для організації повноцінної кухні
the lack of engineering, storage and utility rooms, staff rooms, disadvantage of areas for full-value kitchen
- розробка фасадних рішень була виконана на низькому рівні, не раціонально, без урахування технологічних особливостей фасадних систем
weak and not rational facade design soultion, done without understanding of technology of facade systems
- інтер'єрні та фасадні рішення не відповідали сучасним стилістичним тенденціям
interior and facade design approach were not match with modern stylistic tendency
- звужений проїзд та розворотне кільце біля головного входу, відсутність навісу над головним входом
wiggle main road and ring road at the main entrance, lack of porte cochere(canopy over the main entrance)
- для забезпечення статусу 5-ти зіркового готелю, в даному районі міста, недостатньо існуючої території та однієї готельної будівлі. Необхідне розширення території, за рахунок придбання сусідньої ділянки, створення
додаткових "якорних функцій" (таких як басейн із впорядкованою територією, ресторан тощо)

Coordination of the development of detail architectural construction documentation. Making decisions on improvement and adjustment of conceptual design solutions. Participation in the approval of project suggestions, covering
materials, equipment, landscaping solutions with the client representatives. Setting goals and coordinating the work of the architectural department. Participation in the verification of the completeness and correctness of the issued
design documentation.
