HUD Revised Re-evaluation Schedule-draft 3.13
1. Tri-Tech Building Hygiene Services
HUD Guidelines Re-Evaluation Schedule
Re-Evaluation may comprise a full Risk Assessment or a reduced scope-of-work that identifies the specific issues from the previous Risk
Assessment. Michigan has not yet approved limited scope re-evaluations. HUD Guidelines (5-14) permit a clearance in lieu of a Risk Assessment
or limited scope Re-Evaluation if the Owner opts to presume the presence of hazards and perform Standard Treatments.
This schedule does not apply to HUD-assisted Property for which the provisions of the Lead Safe Housing Rule (24 CFR 35.1355(b)(4)) prescribe
a re-evaluation at least as often as every two years.
