At America's Best 401k, we understand that you want to convert
the recordkeeping and administration to our partner Lincoln Trust
as quickly as possible with limited interruption for your employees.
Below is an approximate timeline so you can have an idea of what
to expect during the conversion process.

Your America's Best 401k representative will send out the
signature and welcome packets for you to review, sign
and return.
You'll also be introduced to your contact at Lincoln Trust
who will guide the conversion process on their end.
Plan sponsor executes and returns all signature pages, welcome
packet and current plan document to Lincoln Trust.
Upon receipt, Lincoln Trust provides the following documents to
the plan sponsor :
Sample termination letter
Plan census template

Lincoln Trust maps the plan document and schedules a
conference call with plan sponsor and advisor.
Plan sponsor sends termination notice to current provider.
Lincoln Trust establishes blackout dates with current provider.

Lincoln Trust forwards blackout notice and fee disclosure to plan
sponsor.
Lincoln Trust provides plan documents to the plan sponsor for
review and signature.
Plan sponsor distributes blackout notice and fee disclosure to
participants.
Plan sponsor returns signed adoption agreement to Lincoln
Trust.
Lincoln Trust alerts the America's Best 401k team to schedule
the conference call/webinar to go over the plan participant site,
plan features, investment options and investment selection tools.
Lincoln Trust provides standard payroll file to plan sponsor.
Lincoln Trust sends blackout reminder email to plan sponsor.
Blackout begins; assets and demographic data are transferred
to Lincoln Trust.
Participants receive website login instructions.
Enrollment presentations commence.

Lincoln Trust confirms receipt of conversion assets from prior
recordkeeper.
Lincoln Trust reconciles and invests according to instructions
set by plan sponsor / advisor.
Blackout lifted; participants are able to make transactions through
the Lincoln Trust website.
Lincoln Trust provides login credentials to plan sponsor and
advisor.
Website and payroll demonstration call scheduled between
Lincoln Trust and plan sponsor.
Plan sponsor submits first payroll to Lincoln Trust.
After the first few payroll files have been sucessfully
completed, Lincoln Trust transfers plan from conversion
manager to permanent relationship manager
Lincoln Trust will have a call with your contact to get you
comfortable with the plan sponsor site and the payroll and
census uploads.
Service and support to your needs doesn't stop.
