• Document Control for 13 projects 70M+ using various platforms including Aconex, Incite, Edcimirvac,
• Web FM Omtrak and email based systems.
• Ordering construction technical workshop drawings from the printers and distributing the drawings
as requested.
• Liasing with internal and external clients by email, telephone. Problem solving requests for
information and ad hoc duties.
• Assisting Project Manager as required.
• Maintaining electronic and hard copy records, Maintaining Spreadsheet and documents both on
Excel and Word.
• Attending and taking meeting minutes, ensuring records are maintained and distributed.
• Training staff to use Project file management associated programs such as Compare, Incite, WebFM
Omtrak and Aconex.
2011 – 2012 Aerospace Document Controller
• Working within the Document Control team at Aerospace using Matrix database and Archiving of
electronic and hardcopy documents for Australian Defence Force Projects.
2010 – 2011 Drake International Document Controller
• Assisting the Product Design Manager & Project Coordinator in the preparation of all their legal
documentation for BlueSky GET team based at the Bradken Head Office in Runcorn.
• Replicating documentation both in hardcopy and assigning and updating information to the
designated Legal Server.
• Raising all Requisitions, IBTs and Purchase Orders, Receipting using Unibus.
• Attending Audit meetings and similar to previous Document control duties.
• Liaising with staff, Product designers, Design engineers and Bradken management.
