Bullying of authors is not the only problem. Authors are
attacking critics for their opinions and reviewers are being
vilified because they did not agree with fans of the authors.
The result is that many of these writers are giving up doing
what they love the most.

the same way as your blog comments.
Or, even better, get someone else to deal with your emails!
