Tier10 Honored Again, Named to 2013 Agency
100 List

For the second time in as many weeks, Tier10 has been recognized for its rapid growth as a company.
Tier10 was ranked no. 26 in the 2013 Agency 100, an annual ranking of the fastest-growing advertising
and marketing agencies in the U.S. compiled by The Agency Post.
Last week Tier10 was named to the 2013 Inc. 5000, which features companies from other industries.
Tier10 ranked no. 999 overall, as well as 55th in Virginia and 71st in the Washington, D.C. area.
“To be acknowledged twice in such a short period of time is obviously very flattering,” said Scott Rodgers,
co-founder and chief creative officer at Tier10. “We are in a very competitive, creative industry, and the
challenge is to keep our brands fresh and relevant. Our team has the opportunity to do something we love
on a daily basis while leaving our mark in the industry.”
One of Tier10’s current projects is a full-scale campaign with legendary New York Yankees pitcher
Mariano Rivera and the New York Acura Dealers. The campaign, titled “Legends,” will be focused around
a series of bilingual television commercials featuring Rivera and Acura models of the past and present. It
will also feature a heavy social media element with the hashtag #BeLegendary.
Tier10 specializes in a unique, multi-platform advertising approach for known brands, including some of
the largest automotive dealer groups and associations in the nation. For these partners, Tier10 handles
everything: creative, production, planning and executing full digital and social media strategies, media
buying and planning, reputation management and everything in-between. Additionally, Tier10 helps many
of its partners align their efforts to contribute to charitable organizations, such as the Mariano Rivera
Foundation and Boston Children’s Hospital.
“Our goal is to continue to push the envelope in our industry as we continue to develop new partnerships,”
said Scott Fletcher, co-founder and vice president of client services. “Earning recognition for the work we
do is an exciting part of the process. It feels good to know what we’ve accomplished, but it reminds us of
the work we still need to do.”
In addition to these two recent honors, Tier10 received recognition earlier this year thanks to its cofounders. Back in March, Fletcher and Rodgers were named in Washington Life Magazine’s eighth
annual “The Young and the Guest List,” which is a guide to Washington’s most influential 40-and-under
young leaders. The list features accomplished government officials, attorneys, environmental activists,
journalists and entrepreneurs under 40 years old who work in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The 2013
list includes well-recognized sports and political names, such as star rookies Robert Griffin III of the
Washington Redskins and Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals, as well as CNN White House
correspondent Brianna Keilar, U.S. Senator Chris Murphy and a handful of Congressmen.
With the year not yet over and a few unique, interesting projects on the horizon, Rodgers, Fletcher and
the rest of Tier10 leadership team expect many more opportunities for growth and recognition.

Back in March, Fletcher and Rodgers were named in Washington Life Magazine’s eighth annual “The Young and the Guest List,” which is a guide to Washington’s most influential 40-and-under young leaders. The list features accomplished government officials, attorneys, environmental activists, journalists and entrepreneurs under 40 years old who work in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The 2013 list includes well-recognized sports and political names, such as star rookies Robert Griffin III of the Washington Redskins and Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals, as well as CNN White House correspondent Brianna Keilar, U.S. Senator Chris Murphy and a handful of Congressmen.
