change outs, commissioning and cutovers. Insure all site access and shut down notice requests have been identified,
equipment is on site and schedule completion of work. Insure NTP, JHA is filled out properly and completely to included
PPE, First Aid/ Rescue kit, CPR and Tower Climbing Certs, Fire Safety, Fall Protection, RF/EME Protection, Hoisting/
Rigging and identify any Safety of Health Hazards and address ASAP.
Complete vendor closeouts to include vendor check lists, red-line drawings, closeout photos and all punch items have
been cleared.

geographical areas. Address 2014 build schedule by proactively working with GC's and internal staff to build the network
by adding 1122 AAV Ethernet back haul and integrate 1114 LTE sites including pre and post site walks, delivery of
equipment, scheduling maintenance window work, battery back-up connections, testing and commissioning by the end of
the third quarter.
Manage the outsourced build and in-house commissioning of the MSU campus DAS hotel and nodes and two Saginaw
systems. Complete the modernization of the 72 node DAS system in Flint to include the removal of the existing
MetroPCS LTE system and installation of the U1900 equipment to bring HSPA/LTE on air for commercial traffic.
Work with the National Sr Program Manager of Health & Safety for our market to comply with the market safety
program to ensure compliance with and adherence to all T-Mobile policies and procedures as well as SOX compliance,
FCC, FAA, OSHA regulations
