The Common Core provides various oppertunities to engage our students with the plethora of digital tools that are at our fingertips. Mac OS X Mavericks is not only a great operating system that will allow our teachers to tap into creating great learning oppertunities for our students, but also provides a great collection of built in apps to make it seamless in helping produce a great learning environment.
This workshop will cover some basics on OS X Mavericks, but will expand on the tools to help you flip your teaching and enhance your project based learning activities.

year, or chronicle a field trip with

Students can use iMovie to produce
