structures such as CCG and CQC that do not trust....

still have accountability and transparency but how its run internally is different

I think the system needs changing, it puts so many barriers

Trust and accountability are still parts of all orgs I mentioned...just it is not solely held
by a small group of "leaders" but is distributed more evenly throughout orgs.

i know many brave and strong leaders and it is very hard, the organisation i work for
challenges all the time we have made small advances but continually come up
against teh the political agenda, as a profession we are constantly struck don by our
governing body, have imagination and obsession in spades!
