still have accountability and transparency but how its run internally is different

I think the system needs changing, it puts so many barriers

Trust and accountability are still parts of all orgs I mentioned...just it is not solely held
by a small group of "leaders" but is distributed more evenly throughout orgs.

governing body, have imagination and obsession in spades!
